Responsibilities
Identify and research new business opportunities to support company growth
Analyze market trends and industry conditions to inform strategic decision-making
Develop and present new business plans based on research findings
Expand and strengthen existing business channels
Represent the company in communications with partners and external stakeholders
Review, draft, and coordinate contracts with vendors, partners, and other third parties
Lead store development projects for various brands under the company
Coordinate with brokers, developers, landlords, and vendors throughout the development process
Conduct data analysis, prepare reports, and create presentation materials to support decision-making
Serve as a member of a strategic task force supporting the CEO
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
Frequent domestic travel required (approximately 70% of the month) for store site visits, meetings, and on-site research
Qualification
Required
Mid Level experience in business development and store development
Fluency in English and Japanese
Experience in identifying and researching new business opportunities
Ability to analyze market trends and industry conditions
Experience in developing and presenting business plans
Strong communication skills to represent the company with partners and stakeholders
Experience in reviewing, drafting, and coordinating contracts
Ability to lead store development projects
Experience coordinating with brokers, developers, landlords, and vendors
Strong data analysis skills and ability to prepare reports
Ability to create presentation materials
Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 70% of the month)
