They are seeking a Material Services Intern who will perform administrative functions for the Material Services team, including updating databases and scanning documents.

Responsibilities

Updating and entering new MSDS in the Content Manager

Updating information to Excel spreadsheet

Updating equipment data base

Scanning documents to save to Content Manager

Performs other duties as assigned by management

Qualification

Required

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Regularly scheduled attendance required

Routinely lifts up to 50 lbs.; occasionally up to 100 lbs.; reads small print; hears sounds associated with mechanical deficiencies; repetitive motion; tolerates products, materials, and fumes associated with component maintenance; tolerates standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing

Tolerates working in extreme temperatures and in noisy environments

High school graduate or equivalent required

Currently enrolled in college
