Responsibilities

Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives
Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules
Performs management, technical, or business case analyses
Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs
Tracks program/project status and schedules
Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management
Direct coordination with Fleet customer on TD implementation schedules and tasking
Responsible for ECP/TD reviews and associated implementation schedules
Coordination with IPTs to understand scope, technical complexity, and dependencies of approved change packages
Critical member of the scheduling team aligning the Independent Government Schedule to fleet activities
Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules
Performs management, technical, or business case analyses
Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs
Tracks program/project status and schedules
Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management

Required

Possess a BA/BS degree
Three (3) - Ten (10) years' experience performing the duties described above
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
U.S. Citizenship is required

Preferred

Demonstrated understanding of maritime patrol and reconnaissance aircraft operations, mission systems, and stakeholder coordination within the naval aviation enterprise
Hands-on experience with NAVAIR configuration management processes, including retrofit planning, engineering change proposals (ECPs), technical directives (TDs), kitting strategies, and technical evaluations
Proficient in project planning and visualization tools such as Microsoft Project and OnePager Pro for schedule development, milestone tracking, and status reporting
Working knowledge of NAVAIR processes and procedures in one or more of the following areas: contracts management, budget and financial management, and logistics support
