Responsibilities

Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, commercial leases, and other real estate transactional documents
Conducting and reviewing title due diligence, including negotiation and clearance of title issues
Managing transaction closings, including coordination of colleagues, clients, and outside parties
Collaborating with partners and senior associates on structured acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing matters

Required

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn directly from leading practitioners
Candidates must be admitted to and a member in good standing of the California bar
