Ivy Rehab for Kids is one of the largest providers in outpatient pediatric therapy services, and they are seeking a Pediatric Area Director & Equity Partner to oversee clinic operations and patient care. This role involves managing multiple clinic directors, ensuring clinical excellence, and providing mentorship while supporting the growth of a start-up pediatric clinic.

Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of patient care and clinic operations by managing multiple Clinic Directors within an assigned area
Monitor patient outcomes, treatment protocols, documentation quality, and adherence to best practices to drive high-quality patient care
Ensure the success of their own clinic while facilitating our Clinic Directors’ success, providing mentorship and individualized support
Help kids thrive and get their business growing
Focus on patients & families, while Ivy Rehab helps grow a successful clinic
Qualification
Required
You must be a graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program
Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in respective state required as there is a treating component to this opportunity
Preferred
Previous pediatric therapy experience highly preferred
