They are seeking a full-time Sub-Contractor for installing Semi Custom Kitchen Cabinets, requiring experience in cabinet installation for both remodels and new construction.

Responsibilities
Measure for new projects and verify fit of new design
Install framed and frameless cabinets
Cut and hang crown molding, valances and other trim
Install cabinet hardware
All final trim work
Relocate cabinets to installation area, as needed
Attention to detail
Job site clean up at the end of the day
Door and drawer adjustments
Final touch ups
Some jobs may require demo and haul away, paid service
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in installation, construction, or related fields
Strong skills in masonry, mold remediation, siding installation, and remodeling
Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for various tasks
Proficient in fixture installation techniques and construction painting methods
Experience with door hanging and other carpentry-related tasks is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A LEAD INSTALLER
Ability to communicate in a friendly and effective manner
Must be able to pass background check
Dependable and trustworthy
Take pride in quality installations
Able to handle problems if they arise, and communicate with customer and office
