Responsibilities
Efficiently manages the operations of the host stand
Warmly and professionally welcome all guests
Seats guests at tables while keeping table rotations in mind
Performs other related duties as assigned
Work with management to control the flow of the restaurant
Answer phones and take to go orders accurately
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of the menu
Ability to provide great customer service and work well under pressure
Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed
Must be able to work as part of a team
Prolonged periods of standing and walking
Preferred
Restaurant experience preferred
Hold a Food Handler's Card, or the ability to obtain one
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
