Responsibilities

Identify and generate new sales opportunities through analysis and discovery
Participate in sales meetings to review sales activities and prospective customers with leadership
Develop a full working knowledge of respective insurance line products and procedures
Learns to present proposals in a professional manner, reviewing coverages in detail to ensure understanding
Maintains an understanding and knowledge of insurance industry and underwriting criteria for Insurance Company Partners represented by firm to effectively communicate to all involved

Required

Strong interest in high net worth (HNW) personal insurance and private client services
Maintains all licenses as required by the State Department of Insurance to provide service, consultation, and financial risk transfer solutions in states where the firm functions or be willing and able to obtain all required licenses within the first 90 days of employment required
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Strong ability to persuade, motivate and influence others
Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility
Ability to learn appropriate insurance company and firm software systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrates core values, exuding behavior that is aligned with the firm's culture
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Preferred

Prior internship or experience in insurance, financial services, or sales enablement a plus
Maintains all licenses as required by the State Department of Insurance to provide service, consultation, and financial risk transfer solutions in states where the firm functions or be willing and able to obtain all required licenses within the first 90 days of employment preferred
