Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, design, and construction of multiple healthcare projects under a defined capital program or master plan

Serve as the primary liaison between the client, project managers, consultants, and contractors

Develop and manage program budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans across multiple projects

Ensure compliance with California Building Code, Title 24, and HCAI/OSHPD requirements for all applicable projects

Provide executive-level reporting, dashboards, and project performance updates to client leadership

Support the development of strategic capital plans, feasibility studies, and project prioritization frameworks

Lead project teams in identifying and mitigating risk across program portfolios

Manage consultant and contractor selection, RFP/RFQ processes, and contract negotiations

Implement standardized procedures, project controls, and reporting structures to ensure consistency across all projects

Promote strong communication and collaboration among project teams, hospital departments, and regulatory agencies

Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across the program
