Responsibilities
Prepares for and instructs, through traditional classroom and distance education modes, transfer-level classes in the discipline of Biology. Typical assignments will include General Biology, and Basic and Advanced Human Anatomy and Physiology
Qualification
Required
Expertise in general biology
Basic and advanced human anatomy and physiology and their associated laboratory components
Commitment to the students and mission of SCC
Commitment to the communities of rural, northern counties (Stevens, Pend Oreille, and Ferry)
Preferred
Experience teaching Human Anatomy and Physiology 1 (BIOL& 241)
Experience teaching Microbiology (BIOL& 260)
Experience teaching General Biology (BIOL& 160)
Experience teaching Human A & P 2 (BIOL&242)
