Responsibilities

Design, configure, and optimize RAN topology, parameters, and scheduling strategies
Develop and implement device onboarding approaches for sensors, meters, and future IoT use cases
Forecast capacity and bandwidth utilization to support network growth
Lead performance monitoring, RAN KPI reporting, and define alerting/dashboard solutions
Collaborate with Core Engineering and Transport teams to optimize end-to-end performance
Provide architectural insight to ensure scalability, resiliency, and efficiency

Required

8+ years in wireless/RAN engineering (LTE, PLTE, or 5G preferred)
Strong knowledge of Ericsson, Nokia, or similar vendor RAN equipment
Experience with RAN performance metrics, optimization, and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with spectrum analysis, parameter tuning, and RF planning
Ability to balance tactical field-level troubleshooting with long-term architectural planning
