Responsibilities

Define clear and precise data metrics to best represent business performance and incorporate data, algorithms, research, and market analysis to shape product design

Dive deep into user needs, and conduct user research & analysis to conceptualize and build delightful experiences on TikTok through continuous iteration and experimentation

Be responsible for product success from end-to-end, including ideation, design, build, test, launch, and measure post-launch

Educate and influence both leaders and a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders to secure buy-in on product strategy and roadmap

Required

Able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2026

Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree

Clear and effective communication skills, particularly in collaboration with various teams

Empathy for TikTok users and creators, expertly balancing the needs of both to create delightful product experiences

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and needs

Preferred

Knowledge of relevant tools and technologies for data analysis, user research, and product management

Demonstrated ability to think creatively and innovate in product design and development
