Responsibilities

Oversee assigned client cases with a focus on strategy, research, execution, and communication

Deliver high-quality legal advice across one or more specialty practice areas (e.g., trust administration, litigation, corporate law, tax, real estate, estate planning, etc.)

Supervise and mentor legal support staff, including Paralegals and Legal Assistants

Draft, review, and manage all case-related legal documentation and filings

Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying business development opportunities

Uphold ethical legal standards and represent the firm’s core values

Required

Juris Doctor (JD) and active membership in the California State Bar

Demonstrated experience managing complex legal matters within a defined practice area

Strong organizational and time management skills; able to thrive in high-pressure situations
