Responsibilities
Inspect and scope water, fire, mold, contents and reconstruction projects
Write accurate, profitable estimates in Xactimate
Submit, negotiate, support, and collect invoices
Build strong relationships with adjusters, clients, and contractors
Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful job completion
Communicate effectively with customers and set clear expectations
Qualification
Required
5+ years in the property restoration industry
3+ years of hands-on Xactimate experience, prefer non-vendor experience
Strong knowledge of insurance claims, estimating, and collections
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Preferred
IICRC certifications are a plus
