Mid LevelServiceMaster by Singer is a family-owned and operated company specializing in HVAC services. They are seeking a New Construction HVAC Project Coordinator to oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation for HVAC new construction projects.
Consumer Services
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of construction project on the trim side of HVAC new construction
Allocate resources for assigned projects
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Interact with superintendents/project managers of builders
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services
Coordinates purchases of all necessary equipment, and services for all jobs
Maintain clear and open communication with all project stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, addressing any concerns, and ensuring alignment on project schedule
Identify and address any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the installation process, finding effective solutions to keep projects on track
Develop and maintain accurate records, project documentation, and reports related to HVAC installations and warranties
Facilitate clear communication between office staff and field crew members. Offer support to senior staff
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
Previous HVAC project management experience
Strong leadership qualities
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
