Responsibilities
Establish and enforce branching strategies (feature → dev → main) with code reviews and PR validation workflows
Architect and implement CI/CD pipelines that support rapid, reliable releases
Manage and improve container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, Ethos) and related infrastructure
Automate deployments and environment configurations using scripts and IaC tools
Support and maintain both on-prem and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Develop monitoring and alerting solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) to ensure uptime and performance
Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and security teams to align on best practices
Lead infrastructure change initiatives end-to-end—plan, execute, and optimize
Mentor engineers and advocate for DevOps culture through training and documentation
Qualification
Required
8+ years of DevOps, infrastructure, or cloud experience, including 3+ years in a senior technical role
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of hybrid infrastructure and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and container orchestration
Skilled in scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) and Linux administration
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi)
Familiar with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
Clear communicator—able to simplify technical detail and influence outcomes
Proven ability to deliver scalable, reliable systems and guide others through best practices
