Model-Based Systems Engineer

ASRC Federal is a leading government contractor furthering missions in space, public health and defense. The Model-Based Systems Engineer will support the USAF contract at Robins Air Force Base, working closely with various engineering teams to design and deploy secure MBSE-based architectures for mission-critical defense systems.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy secure MBSE - based architectures optimized for mission-critical data requirements
Provide senior-level technical expertise in MBSE integration, upgrades, and troubleshooting
Ensure all MBSE environments meet strict cyber security standards, through access control, encryption, and monitoring protocols
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams-spanning software, Systems, and Electrical Engineering - to deliver fully integrated, reliable, and secure solutions
Document and standardize, configurations, and procedures to ensure system maintainability, and operational continuity

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer/Electrical Engineering
Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI Eligibility
Minimum 5 years of experience in performing Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) for complex programs
Experience must include the ability to define, design, analyze, verify, and validate systems, ensuring that requirements, and functionalities are aligned throughout the entire lifecycle of the program
Must have experience with MBSE tools such as: Cameo Systems Modeler, Enterprise Architect or MagicDraw
Experience should show proficiency in, ML/UML, and familiarity with simulation, and analysis tools
