Responsibilities

Ability to successfully train, and coach staff, perform activities around employee engagement, and recognition
Performs shift supervision and assumes Site Manager’s responsibilities when needed
Perform and train all duties of CSR, S1, S2 positions in accordance with company guidelines and performance standards
Provides prompt, courteous customer service and professionally resolves customer issues
Ensure that customers are satisfied and that any inquiries, incidents and issues are resolved in a timely manner
Reports all incidents (employee or customer injuries, property damage etc.) to the Site Manager
Ensure the site follows all approved safety procedures
Ensure the site follows all approved vehicle damage claim procedures
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Ability to have open availability
Ability to work opposite shift of Site Manager

Required

High school diploma plus 6 months to 1 year retail and management work experience preferred
Leadership and communication skills including active listening
Experience with team building
Excellent sales and customer service skills
Ability to anticipate customer needs
Proficient computer skills
Strong work ethic and professional attitude
Three+ years of retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory/management role
Ability to successfully train, and coach staff, perform activities around employee engagement, and recognition

The employee must be able to work in damp and humid conditions
The employee must be able to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
The employee may have to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs on a regular basis and occasionally up to 50lbs
The team member must be capable of performing their responsibilities with minimal supervision

Preferred

Candidates with supervisory experience from a Big box environment or auto industry, car wash or lube store are encouraged to apply
