Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of logistics strategies aligned with USSOCOM objectives and SOF GLSS contract requirements
Oversee daily logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, inventory control, and field support
Ensure compliance with DoD regulations, FAR/DFARS, and USSOCOM-specific directives
Collaborate with supply chain, maintenance, and program management teams to optimize sustainment performance
Monitor logistics KPIs and readiness metrics to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency
Assist in managing subcontractor performance and logistics-related deliverables
Support audit readiness, DCMA surveillance, and government reporting requirements
Mentor logistics personnel and site leads to ensure consistent execution and accountability
Serve as a liaison between logistics operations and government stakeholders to resolve issues and align priorities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
8+ years of experience in logistics operations, with at least 3 years supporting DoD or federal contracts
Strong understanding of military logistics, sustainment operations, and government compliance frameworks
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Experience with ERP systems and logistics platforms (e.g., DPAS, GCSS-Army, or equivalent)
Preferred
Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) or equivalent
PMP or Lean Six Sigma Certification
Familiarity with DCMA protocols and government audit standards
Secret clearance or eligibility preferred
