Responsibilities
Be a part of a small team responsible for delivering the firm’s internal coaching program, working 1:1 with employees to support their professional development
Challenge participants thoughtfully, using reflection, inquiry, and proven coaching practices to help them navigate the firm’s unique environment
Tailor your approach to the needs of each individual, drawing on your understanding of the firm’s culture and commercial priorities
Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the internal coaching program, ensuring it remains impactful and aligned with the firm’s goals while building trust and credibility at all levels
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree is required
Significant experience as an executive coach, with a track record of working with mid-level professionals to enhance effectiveness, navigate transitions, and address complex business challenges
Deep understanding of organizational dynamics and the ability to apply coaching approaches that strengthen our leadership capability and business impact with expertise and commercial acumen
Demonstrated ability to thoughtfully challenge and support individuals, using reflection and inquiry to promote insight and growth
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational environments and operate effectively across varied teams
Preferred
A master's or other advanced degree in applied psychology (e.g., industrial organizational psychology or organizational consulting) is preferred, along with at least eight years of relevant experience
