Responsibilities
Covering appointments in your home city and surrounding hour radius
Provide quality, comprehensive care in our members’ homes
Communicate clearly and professionally with medical professionals
Ensure administrative documentation is completed per company guidelines
Travel to members' homes in a one hour radius of their home
Complete preventive screening(s)
Deliver in-home collection kits
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Committed to excellence
Valid driver's license with a fairly clean driving record
Ability to communicate effectively
Reliable transportation
