Responsibilities
Support the capital expenditure (CapEx) approval process, ensuring financial rigor and alignment with strategic priorities
Lead components of the budgeting and forecasting cycle; partner with department leaders to build accurate spend plans and tracking models
Manage spend allocation and maintain the operational spend model to ensure transparency and accountability
Partner cross-functionally to streamline financial workflows and implement process automation and reporting enhancements
Support quarter-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
3+ years of progressive experience in Finance or FP&A, ideally supporting manufacturing and supply chain operations
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives
Demonstrated success in process improvement and automation projects
