Responsibilities

Lead discovery sessions and workshops with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations leaders to identify pain points, bottlenecks, and measurable business impact
Build executive-ready business cases —including ROI models, throughput analysis, labor savings, and productivity improvements
Define success criteria and measurable outcomes, then design value dashboards and scorecards to track results against plan
Partner with customer champions to drive adoption and operational change, ensuring rapid time-to-value in live warehouse and logistics environments
Lead QBRs and EBRs that demonstrate realized ROI, validate operational benefits, and identify expansion opportunities
Create multi-year value roadmaps that align technology adoption with supply chain transformation goals
Translate operational data and performance metrics into compelling executive narratives that resonate with COOs, CFOs, and logistics leaders
Feed insights from customer engagements back into Sales, Product, and Marketing to sharpen our go-to-market strategy and strengthen Verity’s value storytelling

Required

6+ years of experience in Value Engineering, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, or Business Transformation, within supply chain, logistics, 3PL, or warehouse automation
Proven success facilitating workshops with Operations and Logistics executives, identifying bottlenecks, and quantifying performance improvements
Strong executive presence and storytelling ability —you can translate metrics and operational data into persuasive value narratives
Deep understanding of warehouse and logistics processes —including throughput optimization, order flow, labor utilization, and inventory management
Experience with ERP/WMS systems, data integration, and KPI frameworks (e.g., fulfillment accuracy, dock-to-stock time, pick rate, order cycle time)
Analytical strength in ROI/TCO modeling and sensitivity analysis; familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus
Comfort with Salesforce and customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, HubSpot)
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills across Operations, IT, and Finance
