Regional Sales Manager HVAC - Midwest

Responsibilities

Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy
Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers
Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market
Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed

Required

At least 5 years of relevant experience within a complex business environment selling products or solutions
Extensive sales and VFD / HVAC application background
Account management history of OEM, End User and Commercial Channel Partners in the HVAC industry
Fluent English both spoken and written, good communication skills
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US

Preferred

Engineering Degree – bachelor's in mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred or a combination of education and experience
8+ years of relevant experience within a complex business environment selling products or solutions
Familiar with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software tool like SalesForce and PowerBI
