Pricing Specialist

Responsibilities
Ensure ELSE’s pricing structure is competitive and aligned with market trends, customer demands, and value proposition. key accounts/ industrial segment requirements, to ensure consistency
Develops and implements a sustainable process to gather market pricing data. Conduct regular research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor pricing strategies
Develop and implement pricing models (e.g., market-based pricing, value-based pricing) that align with both market and organizational goals
Work closely with the marketing & sales teams to ensure pricing strategies are well-communicated and understood and that promotional campaigns align with pricing objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business or similar field
6+ years of pricing specialist experience
Strong ability to analyze market data, pricing trends, and customer behavior
Knowledge of pricing processes
Understanding of cost structures, profit margins, financial statements and performance target
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey pricing strategies to various stakeholders
Understanding of general sales practices, sales enablement, channel sales, contract & risk management
