Responsibilities
Leads the project team, establishes the project execution approach, and oversees project hand-over, execution planning, and monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals
Managing the development of project planning documents
Monitoring projects to ensure best practices in cost control, resource efficiency and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
Analyzing and addressing project risks, and regularly disseminating lessons learned
Working with other functions to coordinate contract negotiations and claims with customers
Achieving project deliverables and compliance with contract requirements
Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Provides performance feedback for the resources allocated to projects
Qualification
Required
MSc or BSc in Electrical Engineering, or similar discipline, and relevant industry experience
Strong Project Management background and skills
Fluent spoken and written English
Strong drive for world-class quality
Ability to independently work
Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred
12 years of professional experience preferred, but not required
Electrical background strongly preferred
