Responsibilities
Establish and maintain metrics & indicators used to demonstrate process control & yield improvement
Gather & analyze data to support efforts to reduce cost & improve efficiencies
Work in cross function team atmosphere to ensure the delivery of high-quality components on schedule
Commissioning & qualification of new equipment and technologies if required
Collaborate with equipment engineering, production, quality & supply chain teams to ensure alignment & sustainability of changes
Support digital transformation and automation initiatives to streamline operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, Operations Management or related field
0 - 5 years of related experience desired
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, Power BI, etc)
Ability to lead projects independently and/or collaboratively
Excellent attention to detail and good organizational skills
Excellent teamwork skills which include demonstrating a positive attitude, good work ethic and sense of urgency in completing tasks/projects (driven)
