Responsibilities
Take ownership of strategic relationships across Tier 1 banking clients
Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with client objectives
Identify and convert new opportunities within existing accounts across Capital Markets divisions
Engage at senior stakeholder and C-suite level to understand business challenges and align technology solutions
Partner closely with consulting, delivery, and technical teams to ensure delivery excellence
Maintain commercial oversight of pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics
Qualification
Required
Proven background in technology consulting or digital transformation services within Banking or Capital Markets
Strong existing relationships with Tier 1 investment banks such as J.P. Morgan, Jefferies, or Goldman Sachs
Experience leading large-scale engagements and managing multi-million-dollar portfolios
Deep understanding of investment banking operations, risk, and technology change programmes
Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills at executive level
Experience in a senior account leadership or client director role within a global consulting or technology services environment
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new opportunities and grow long-term partnerships
