3+ years expTalent Hackers is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Outreach Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will assist relationship managers with client accounts, execute strategic outreach campaigns, and contribute to achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities
Assist the primary POC /relationship managers with assigned client accounts
Work strategically with given data to accomplish sales goals and achieve KPIs
Map accounts and outreach targets and find new creative ways to engage ICPs
Manage Clay campaign production process end-to-end through ideation to deployment
Execute on cold email and LinkedIn outreach strategies and other prospecting activities
Ability to assist with logic for campaigns and CRM automations
Execute weekly and monthly reporting with thoughtful analysis and recommendations
Work closely with client team to identify trends, share learnings, & recommend strategies
Assist with project coordination for BAU and special projects
Stay current on email and SMS best practices and industry standards
Continuously recommend new approaches, ideas, and technologies to deliver on KPIs
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience managing cold email campaigns
History working in an agency environment
Experience using Apollo for lead sourcing / scraping (or similar tool)
Experience segmenting email lists and managing CRM data
Basic / navigational experience with Hubspot or similar CRM tools
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Experience crafting effective prompts for AI tools
Proactive problem-solver mindset with high attention to detail and execution of tasks
Ability to think strategically, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work EST
Preferred
Client relationship management experience
Hands-on experience with Clay or similar tools
