HR Specialist II (Repost)
OBAN Corporation is seeking HR Specialists to support a federal agency client. The HR Specialists will be part of a new centralized shared services model team, providing HR support in non-executive performance management, awards, retirement, and benefits processing.

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five (5) years' experience within a federal agency environment
Experience working with federal HR performance management, awards, retirement, and benefits processing
Working knowledge of federal HR laws and regulations
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to navigate complex situations and provide effective solutions
Strong analytical thinking skills and attention to detail
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Ethical and professional conduct with a commitment to confidentiality and integrity
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), human resources information systems (HRIS) and other relevant software
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required government security clearance
U.S. Citizen
Preferred
Experience working in a shared services model team is a plus
