Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to VR content creators and studios worldwide
Negotiate partnerships and guide new partners through onboarding
Ensure partners upload and publish content successfully
Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and productions organizations
Track performance and help partners grow their audience
Monitor and organize meetups with content creators
Maintain a CRM of VR content creators in US and EU with detailed statuses
Qualification
Required
Relevant experience preferably in live-streaming, video-sharing, social media, tech, startups
Experience in creator partnerships, content acquisition, or digital media
Ability to work cross-functionally, structuring and optimizing team processes
A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to drive impact in a fast-moving environment
Fluency in English (B2 and above)
Preferred
An understanding of VR, immersive media, and content platforms
Experience creating and executing comprehensive business development strategies
