Residential Regional Sales Manager - East Coast
AHF Products is a leading hard surface flooring manufacturer in the USA, and they are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and manage sales teams across the East Region. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and expanding the customer base within residential and commercial markets, while developing and executing sales strategies and monitoring team performance.

Responsibilities
Meet/exceed regional sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Recruit, train, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team
Drive new customer acquisition and expand business with existing clients
Build strong customer and vendor relationships to support growth
Analyze competitors and market trends to develop winning strategies
Collaborate on pricing, budgeting, product mix, and forecasting
Implement and optimize regional sales processes and performance metrics
Represent AHF Products at trade shows and industry events
Maintain a strong understanding of product offerings and regional inventory
Provide regular feedback on sales performance and market dynamics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
5+ years of sales and management experience; flooring or building products preferred
Proven ability to lead and develop successful sales teams
Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Must pass a background check, drug screen, and physical
Extensive travel throughout the assigned region
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
Maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic
Must be able to work beyond standard hours when necessary
Preferred
Preferably based in Houston, Dallas or Denver
