Responsibilities
Lead an ISC Engineering team within the Americas Electrical Operating Center (AEOC)
Develop and implement solutions that will deliver improved productivity, high-quality products, and cycle time reduction
Create the vision, develop the strategy, and hold teams accountable to deliver high impact business results
Build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture
Qualification
Required
Experience in leading an Integrated Supply Chain Engineering team
Proven track record in driving advancements in manufacturing technology
Strong background in product improvements for producibility and cost savings
Ability to develop and implement solutions for improved productivity and high-quality products
