Supply Chain Associate
Blank Street is on a mission to become the defining food and beverage brand of our generation. As a Supply Chain Associate, you will play a key role in managing inventory and supplier relationships, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. You will also leverage data to optimize processes and support new product launches while collaborating with various teams across the organization.

Responsibilities
Act as the key link between suppliers, distributors, and our field teams
Resolving issues, managing relationships with internal and external partners, and ensuring stores stay stocked with the right products at the right time
Own weekly and month-end inventory reconciliations, spot trends in consumption, and escalate concerns as needed
Leverage sales trends, historical data, and store performance insights to refine demand forecasts for evergreen and limited-time products
Identify opportunities to improve margin through better forecasting accuracy, tighter par management, and continuous process improvement across the supply chain
Execute all seasonal beverage & pastry launches
Stress testing early-stage recipes, acting as a strategic partner for ingredient and smallware sourcing, and communicating every step of the way with product, marketing, training, and field teams to ensure a successful launch
Fully own the accuracy and reliability of our vendor catalogs in Coupa, ensuring product and pricing data are always up to date
Conduct bi-weekly pricing audits to identify price changes and margin pressure early
Own the accuracy of NetSuite data for recipes and partner closely with Finance to ensure all data flows seamlessly between Coupa and NetSuite
Work across the business with Operations, Training, Marketing, Product, Facilities, Biz Ops, and Field Leadership teams
Partner with Marketing on launches and activations, collaborate with Product on new ingredient sourcing, and dive into operational challenges to improve store performance alongside our Facilities team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, economics, or a business-related field
+1 years of experience in a fast-paced, high intensity work environment (consulting, investing, strategy, bizops, supply chain, or early-stage startups)
Based in NYC and available to work in-person at least 4 days per week
Analytical mindset with a passion for working with data to uncover insights and trends
Confident and clear communicator, able to adapt messaging based on audience and context
Curious problem solver, eager to dig into challenges, understand how things work, and find practical solutions
Bias for action, when something needs doing, you roll up your sleeves and figure it out
Humble and self-aware, approaching collaboration with empathy first
Strong appreciation for consumer products, F&B, hospitality
Preferred
Strong understanding of inventory management, demand forecasting, ERP or supply chain systems, and core supply chain principles
Comfortable working with data and metrics to identify trends, optimize processes, and inform decisions
Takes initiative to solve problems, follows through on commitments, and delivers reliable results
Works effectively with teams across operations, procurement, logistics, and other departments to achieve shared goals
Communicates clearly and professionally, with a focus on responsiveness and accuracy
