Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain custom Facets extensions, workflows, and integrations using .NET (C#/ASP.NET/Core) and related technologies
Build and enhance APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), and data integration solutions to connect Facets with internal and external systems
Develop and optimize SQL Server objects (stored procedures, functions, views) and perform data analysis to support backend processes
Support Facets configuration, claims processing logic, benefit setup, and backend automation where applicable
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and support
Apply DevOps and CI/CD practices to improve code quality, deployment speed, and reliability
Contribute to system documentation, technical specifications, and best practice standards
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within Agile/Scrum teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field — or equivalent experience
8+ years of software/application development experience, including work with C#, .NET (ASP.NET/Core), and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React)
4+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server: data modeling, query tuning, and performance optimization
5+ years developing custom workflows, plug-ins, and integrations using SSIS, APIs, and web services (SOAP/REST)
3+ years of hands-on experience working with TriZetto Facets, including customization, data models, or integration with external systems
Advanced understanding of Agile methodologies and the full SDLC
Solid knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git, Azure DevOps)
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated growth mindset and ability to quickly learn new technologies and frameworks
Preferred
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
