Responsibilities

Understand PVH Corp, brand characteristics, business strategy, leadership teams, business objectives and priorities

Work collaboratively with divisional business leaders and corporate business partners to improve business results and establish strategies for driving business results and meet HR and business objectives

Align HR and business strategy and help drive HR functional initiatives and priorities

Partner with HRIS team to improve and simplify Workday processes to improve productivity for HR team and Retail associates

Collaborate with Store Operations Business Partners to ensure Human Resources practices are met including HR Compliance and Policy & Procedures in alignment with current legislation as needed

Partner with Field Managers and People Relations team to successfully resolve workplace concerns

Coach and advise field management on performance management conversations and documentation

Provide support and guidance on implementation of new and/or updated projects and programs

Maintain expert knowledge of Federal and State employment law to ensure compliance

Represent HR on cross-functional teams projects, new programs and process improvement

Develop and execute project plans with minimal supervision

Identify programs to support compliance initiatives

Ensure HR team members are fully trained in all aspects of their position. Plan for growth and development of the team

Required

5-7 years of related Human Resources experience

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Strong written and verbal communication skills

HRIS system experience (Workday preferred, Service Now preferred)

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to think critically in areas of grey
