Responsibilities
Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution and trial
Conduct and defend depositions, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
Appear regularly in court for hearings, mediations, and trials—ensuring strong courtroom presence
Collaborate closely with partners and team members to strategize case development and outcomes
Negotiate settlements and maintain ongoing communication with clients
Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented culture that values transparency and shared success
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of personal injury or civil litigation experience in NY and NJ
Active admission to practice law in both New York and New Jersey
Proven courtroom experience, including depositions, hearings, and trials
Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities in complex litigation
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a small, fast-paced team
Preferred
Bilingual skills a plus
