Responsibilities
Own and achieve a revenue growth goal, focusing on strategic expansion through the increased adoption of platform capabilities, products, and services that align with your customers' broader business objectives
Lead the end-to-end commercial strategy for your accounts, ensuring robust opportunity identification and the operational discipline required for precise revenue forecasting
Cultivate multi-threaded relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers, navigating complex organizational structures to build broad-based advocacy for Smartly
Orchestrate cross-functional efforts to align internal stakeholders around key customer initiatives and ensure the delivery of unified solutions
Establish a continuous feedback loop by synthesizing customer needs and market trends to influence internal product roadmaps and business strategy
Partner with customers to remove operational friction through the implementation of unified workflows
Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to co-author strategic account plans and ensure the seamless delivery of best-in-class service across all customer initiatives
Lead high-level collaboration across the full spectrum of account stakeholders including clients, agencies, platforms, and data partners
Operate with a growth mindset by proactively identifying new value-creation opportunities to accelerate commercial success
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in the SaaS, ad platform, or ad tech space with demonstrated success managing strategic key accounts
A proven record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
A natural leadership ability and a passion for rallying cross-functional teams around a shared vision
A curiosity and drive to partner with customers to solve their most complex business challenges through the strategic application of technology and AI
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with C-level decision-makers
A high degree of product curiosity and the agility to master an expansive, ever-evolving suite of capabilities
The ability to collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams (product, marketing, engineering, customer success, etc.)
