Outside Sales Representative
Pursuit is a leading full-service commercial contractor expanding their sales team. They are seeking a driven Account Executive to develop new commercial accounts and manage existing ones, with a focus on building long-term relationships and achieving sales quotas.
Responsibilities
Develop new commercial accounts across verticals such as apartment complexes, healthcare facilities, high-rise buildings, and office spaces
Work toward a $1M annual quota with deal sizes ranging from small service projects to six-figure installations
Build long-term relationships focused on trust and service — not transactional sales
Qualification
Required
Proven B2B sales success, ideally in commercial services (industry experience flexible)
True hunter mentality with confidence in a primarily commission-driven structure
Strong communication, persistence, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable prospecting, cold calling, and closing new business
