Responsibilities
Manage and perform expert claims analysis and resolution assignments
Oversee claims teams on a wide variety of projects in the analysis or preparation of a complex construction claims
Market and promote construction claims services, management of projects, financial planning, and control
Establish and maintain professional business relations with clients
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related degree
Professional Engineer (PE) required
A minimum of 15 years of construction and/or construction claims experience
Experience in Project Controls, CPM scheduling, delay analysis, and productivity analysis
Experience in claims and dispute resolution, including mediation, dispute review boards, expert witness, arbitration, and litigation
Experience on large, complex construction projects
Heavy Civil or Building construction experience
