Lead and manage the testing team to ensure the timely and effective execution of test plans and test cases

Develop and implement testing processes and procedures for testing tools and test automation (emb), selenium, and java based projects

Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify testing requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage

Conduct automation testing using testing tools and test automation (emb), selenium, and java to improve efficiency and accuracy

Monitor and report on testing progress, issues, and defects to project stakeholders

Provide technical guidance and support to team members on testing best practices and tools
