Responsibilities
Maintain responsibility for performance of all sales activities within the Richmond/ Charlottesville area
Establish and strategically build a solid customer base
Recruit, train, and motivate a Sales team toward hitting specified sales goals
Set team goals and conduct quarterly performance reviews with all team members
Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals
Lead by example, using the established sales processes, and close a high percentage of the leads that you and your team generate
Continually analyze the sales process in an effort to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish sales reporting framework
Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions
Qualification
Required
5+ sales experience in special projects / construction
4+ years in team management
Excellent managerial and financial skills and the ability to take leadership over any business operations area
Superlative communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate as a leader
Thorough understanding of management and financial practices in all areas and phases of business operations
Strong track record of accomplishments and promotions in the Sales field
Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships
Ability to walk construction sites, climb ladders, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
