NA Sales Representative, AI Sales Specialist
Oracle is a fast-paced, collaborative environment passionate about crafting customer success. The AI Sales Specialist will be responsible for understanding market needs, driving product direction, and selling OCI AI PaaS services while managing the full sales cycle from pipeline development to deal closure.

Responsibilities
You will be a key member of the OCI AI PaaS Sales team responsible for understanding market needs, driving product direction and features, and selling the OCI AI PaaS services
You will understand what motivates customers to buy and what drives the industry to grow faster and know how to tap into those needs in an effective way
You will build upon the existing OCI AI PaaS go to market plan with specifics related to your portfolio of accounts
You will be responsible for the full sales cycle from qualified pipeline development to deal closure with ongoing forecasting activities
You will be the trusted advisor and influencer in winning customer decisions to buy and adopt Oracle AI infrastructure solutions
You will work across the Oracle ecosystems and our extended teams to help customer organizations adopt valuable AI capabilities
You will nurture client relationships by building trust, providing technical support, and developing strategic partnerships
You will gain access and build relationships with key executives, AI program owners, C-level leaders, and decision makers
You will master and share the 'Why Oracle Story' that represents the value we provide to customers with our unified, multi-pillar offerings
You will initiate and manage sophisticated sales cycles, using the support and strengths of key internal partners (Solution Engineering, GPU Engineering, Product Management, and Executives, to name a few)
This role is primarily a virtual position, travel is expected as required
Qualification
Required
6 to 10+ years of experience in sales
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience in understanding market needs and driving product direction
Proven track record in full sales cycle from qualified pipeline development to deal closure
Ability to build trust and nurture client relationships
Experience in engaging with key executives and decision makers
Ability to manage sophisticated sales cycles with internal partners
Willingness to travel as required
