Northeast Arc is a leading organization dedicated to serving individuals with disabilities since 1954. They are seeking an ABA Provider to help run groups and provide community support to individuals over the age of 5, implementing behavioral strategies and contributing to clinical meetings.

Responsibilities
Provide community support to individuals over the age of 5
Teach specific skills and behaviors, in accordance with the goals, objectives and strategies identified in client behavioral treatment plans
Implement behavioral strategies as prescribed by the BCBA (clinical supervisor)
Attend and contribute to clinical and non-clinical meetings, trainings, and individual supervisions
Complete required clinical and non-clinical paperwork
Insure the health, safety, and well-being of clients
Qualification
Required
Minimum of high school diploma is required
Must have strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, along with excellent organizational skills and flexibility
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Reliable, able to maintain confidentiality, and high degree of professionalism
Valid Driver's license and vehicle
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
