They are currently seeking an Industrial Store Customer Service Representative responsible for serving customers both in-person and over the phone, demonstrating product knowledge, and processing customer orders.

Responsibilities

Greet customers in a professional and enthusiastic way

Answer telephone calls promptly

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price and use

Sell welding and safety products and services to customer

Process customer orders and accurately input customer order into the computer

Research products needed for customer special applications

Follow up on customer orders not processed correctly and remedy situation

Keep sales literature current and organized

Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary

Required

High school graduate or equivalent

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to perform multiple tasks

Good working knowledge of all industrial products and gases

Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time
