Responsibilities
Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion, including supervising junior staff
Prepare and review financial statements and audit reports in accordance with GAAP and other regulatory standards
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and guidance on financial matters
Identify and communicate audit issues and recommendations to clients and management
Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members to enhance their professional growth
Qualification
Required
Must have CPA/EA
Minimum 6+ years in Public Accounting/OR Wealth Management
At least 2+ years at the manager level
Experience having several direct reports/leading a small team
Must have the majority of your portfolio in tax be HNW
