3MG Solutions is one of the fastest-growing residential and commercial roofing contractors in the United States, and they are seeking a Roofing Territory Manager for their Nashville branch. This role involves building and leading a high-performing sales team while personally generating sales and driving growth in the territory.

Responsibilities

Lead from the front in the field (D2D, networking, referrals)
Manage, build and train a sales team to hit and exceed goals
Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence, leveraging both retail and insurance-focused sales approaches
Personally generate sales while guiding your team to reach and exceed targets
Work closely with company leaders, recruiters, and back-office staff to ensure a seamless onboarding process and ongoing support for your team
Maintain high standards for client satisfaction by delivering excellent service and quality roofing solutions

Residential roofing experienceRetail roofing salesLeadership experienceInsurance roofing salesLead generationPositive mindsetWork ethic

Required

At least 3+ years of residential roofing experience (shingle, tile, metal)
2+ years of leadership experience, with a track record of building and managing successful teams (Outside of roofing industry is considered!)
Proven success in both retail and insurance residential roofing sales, along with lead generation via networking, door knocking, and referrals
Winning Attitude: A positive mindset and strong work ethic that fosters a supportive, results-driven culture from the top down

Preferred

Experience in storm environments and your personal sales volume are taken into consideration if you have less than 3 years of industry experience
Specialty roofing sales experience is highly preferred
