Customer Service - Accounts Receivable / Utility Billing Support

They are seeking a Client Service Analyst to enhance customer experience by assisting clients with software-related inquiries and issues, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure client success.

Responsibilities
Assisting clients by phone, email, and chat to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure they get the most value out of our software
Working closely with product, engineering, and implementation teams, acting as the bridge between customers and technology
Turning every interaction into a positive experience and every problem into a solution
Helping customers resolve technical challenges, guiding them through new features, and documenting insights that improve processes
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in customer service, client support, or help desk roles, ideally in a SaaS or software environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - you're clear, empathetic, and professional
A knack for troubleshooting and problem-solving, paired with curiosity and patience
Comfort with technology and a genuine desire to help people succeed with it
