Manager, Events and Experiential Marketing

The Events & Experiential Marketing Manager will be responsible for shaping the company's events strategy, executing various events, and creating brand-defining experiences that enhance market connections.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage our holistic events strategy
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure events align with broader marketing campaigns and sales goals
Plan and execute a range of events from industry trade shows and conferences to bespoke experiences
Drive planning and execution of events, including logistics, creative direction, budgets, and timelines
Continuously experiment with new event formats and creative concepts that differentiate our brand and spark market conversation
Own communication with conference organizers, vendors, partners and internal stakeholders
Measure event performance and impact, translating experiences into ongoing marketing assets that drive brand awareness and pipeline
Flawlessly manage multiple events per quarter while maintaining attention to detail
Qualification
Required
4+ years of B2B startup marketing experience, with a track record of leading event programs
Proven ability to plan and execute both high-volume industry field events and distinctive, creative owned experiences
Strong creative sensibility with impeccable taste, trend awareness, and a pulse on what makes experiences memorable
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders with ease
Equally comfortable developing strategy and rolling up your sleeves in execution
Resourceful, proactive, and effective in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Clear, confident communicator with excellent professional presence
Collaborative team player with a 'no job too small' attitude
