Responsibilities

Welcome, greet, and interact with all members, prospective members, and guests
Provide membership information and facilitate tours
Complete daily cleaning tasks and ensure gym presentation is always extraordinarily clean
Membership sign-ups, answering phones, point-of-sale transactions, and addressing member concerns
Assist with billing issues and disputes and escalate to leadership when needed
Regularly review and complete all training materials and updates in the Learning Management System (LMS)
Maintain knowledge and assist members with all amenities, membership offerings, fitness programs, and equipment functions
Make and serve smoothies, if applicable, ensuring they meet customer specifications and maintaining quality standards
Attend and participate in regularly scheduled team meetings

Required

Able to read, write, and speak clearly in English
Free CPR, First Aid, and AED Training (required, if not already certified)
Ability to lift at least 50lbs
